Romeo joined our family when he was less than a year old, surrendered to the SPCA by his previous owners. After losing our beloved Weimaraner, Juliette, who was with us for over 13 years, I wasn’t sure I could ever open my heart to another dog. But the moment we met Romeo, we knew he belonged with us. He’s the ultimate Velcro dog, wanting to be by our side at all times, believing personal space is optional and every moment is better when shared. His mischievous puppy streak keeps life fun—shoes vanish, socks become treasures, and snacks don’t survive. Romeo may have started as a surrendered pup, but to us, he’s our second chance at unconditional love.
